Books are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (Media Mail) with a normal delivery time of 7-9 days. If you wish to have quicker delivery, call the toll-free hotline (800-984-4944) and inquire about our faster (but more expensive) shipping options.

REFUND POLICY—To receive refund (minus S&H), you must return the book(s) in NEW condition (unread, unsullied) within 21 days of invoice date. Book(s) must be packed in corrugated box, padded envelope, or shrinkwrapped packet. SHS cannot grant refunds on books that have been kept and read. Once-read books are considered “used” and cannot be resold.
